GRE (computer Based Test)
Important: All test takers in Pakistan must use valid passports as their ID (Identification documents). Without a Valid Passport you will not be admitted at the Test Center on your test date. See page 10 on Bulletin.
GRE (CAT) General is offered four days a week, Monday through Thursday, throughout the year. These tests can also be taken on Saturdays once a month; however the examinees are requested to refer to the Regional Registration Center (RRC) regarding test scheduling on Saturdays.

- If you do not receive a confirmation of your registration, you must call the location where you mailed your registration form at least three full business days prior to the registration deadline for your earliest test date choice.

- Call the Regional Registration Center (RRC), which in Pakistan's case, is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia at +60-3-7628-3333.
- An Automated Voice Response (AVR) will ask about your demographics, the choice of dates for test and the credit card information. . Use American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, VISA, or a voucher number.
- At the end of your call, your registration will be confirmed and you will be issued a confirmation number (16 digits). Call the appropriate RRC at least 2 business days before your preferred test date.

Rescheduling or Canceling:
You can Reschedule or Cancel your Test with the RRC no later than 10 Business Days of your test date. (Not including the day of registration or the day of your test). You can send the information using the same procedures mentioned above for registration of a test. If you do not cancel or reschedule as indicated above, your full test fee will be forfeited.

Bank drafts and checks must be drawn on a bank in the United States and made payable to ETS-GRE. The bank name and its address should be preprinted on the face of the check.

Only once in a calendar month and not more then 5 five times within 12 months period.

Caution
• Services may be withheld for nonpayment of fees. If you do not submit the correct fee, your registration or request for service will be returned.
• Receipts for bank checks or money orders are not acceptable. The actual negotiable check or money order must be sent with your request for service.
Refund Policy
If you cancel your General Test appointment no later than 10 days prior to your test date, you will receive an $85 refund. If original payment was made in non-U.S. funds drawn on a bank outside the United States, allow 12 weeks for your refund to be processed. See page no. 9 & 10 in the information bulletin.
Scores & Score Reports
On the day you test, you can report your scores to four different institutions free of cost. For sending additional scores reports, you will need an Additional Score Report Request Form (see page 13 on Bulletin). There is a fee of US$6 per call and US$15 for each institution you send your scores to.

Recipients indicated on an Additional Score Report Request form cannot be changed or deleted. Requests received with out payment will be returned. Reports are processed within three working days after the request is received. You will receive a confirmation score report listing the additional institutions you requested.
For Scores by Phone you need

The fee to hear your scores by phone is US$10.
