Microsoft (computer Based Test)

The examinee must present two forms of ID in order to test. One form of non-expired, government-issued, photo- and signature-bearing ID and a second form of signature bearing ID.
Important: Passport is the mandatory ID for candidates testing in Pakistan.
Supporting ID includes, Driver’s license, CNIC, Employee ID and Student ID.
Microsoft Certifications recognize and validate your real-world IT skills, support the certified community by providing access to unique resources, and offer a life-long career path of IT skills development. These exams are offered throughout the year four days a week, Monday through Thursday at our centers.
Registering for the test
- You can register and schedule your Microsoft exam Online at www.prometric.com using a credit card. Find a test center in your area from the link: http://www.register.prometric.com/Menu.asp
- Or you can call the Regional Registration Center and register for your Microsoft exam. The number for the Registration Center is: (+61296405700)
- Registration procedure at USEFP Testing Center, via Vouchers available for 070 series exams only:
- An Original and Valid Passport is mandatory for Microsoft registration at the center, without a passport registration cannot be done.
- Fee for each exam is Rs. 4,350/-.
- Payment will be accepted only in the form of a Bank Draft in favor of The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan.
- Registration forms must be duly filled and signed by every candidate.
- Name of the candidate must match with the name on his/her Passport.
- Passport should not be expired on the day of test.
- Photocopy of a passport from every candidate shall be retained at the center.
- These Vouchers are valid for “Double Shot Offer” till June 30, 2010
- Call our testing center for an appointment before coming to the center.

Exam Fees
All Microsoft exams cost US. $ 50 and all Microsoft Dynamics exams cost US. $ 125. Prometric collects payments via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club card bearing the MasterCard symbol) or voucher.
How to cancel or reschedule an exam?
Same day cancellation or rescheduling is not allowed.
- Examinees who wish to cancel an exam and receive a refund must cancel 48 hours before the scheduled exam. A full refund is given to the candidates who cancel 48 hours before the test date.
- Examinees must call the Contact/Registration Center (+61296405700) to receive a refund.
- Examinees wishing to reschedule their appointments must do so by 7:00 PM Central Time, one business day before the scheduled testing time.

NOTE: If the candidate failed to show up on the date of examination without prior cancellation or rescheduling of the test, he/she will still be charged the full price.
Scores and Score Reports
You will receive notification of your pass or fail status on the computer where you completed your exam. In addition, you will also receive a printed score report that indicates your exam score and feedback by skills measured. The exam provider will forward your test score to Microsoft within five working days after you take an exam.
It can take one to two weeks for Microsoft to receive and process your exam records. If your transcript does not list an exam you have taken, please wait at least two weeks after your exam date before contacting customer support at MCPHelp@microsoft.com.

Retake Policy
If you do not pass an exam the first time you take it, you may retake it at any time. If you do not achieve a passing score the second time, you must wait at least 14 days to retake the exam a third time. A 14-day waiting period will be imposed for all subsequent exam retakes. If you have passed an exam, you cannot take it again. Beta exams may be taken only once.
Disability Services
If you have a disability that requires you to have special equipment or other accommodations to take an exam, please download and complete an accommodation request form. The form describes the abilities necessary to take a Microsoft Certification exam.
- Please submit the completed form to Prometric at least 14 calendar days before registering for an exam.
- The accommodation request form requires that an appropriate professional (for example, a physician, education professional, psychologist, or psychiatrist) certify that your condition requires the requested test accommodations.
