Sunday testing is not available in Pakistan. Testing closer to home is also not an option.

Registering online or by mail

Standby Registration

Registering with Accommodations

The simplest and quickest way to register is to do so online at www.collegeboard.com (www.collegeboard.com) through a credit card.

YOU MUST REGISTER BY MAIL IF YOU NEED TO:

  • Pay by Bank Draft.
  • Register with a request for accommodations through services for students with disabilities.

When mailing your forms, use the labels provided with the registration forms. All other correspondence should be mailed as noted in each form.

If you miss the registration deadline, you may be able to take the test as a standby. Standbys are adjusted in order of arrival, and only if there is sufficient space.

If you are eligible for accommodations, you need to provide verification of your eligibility.

If you have already been approved for accommodations:

You can register online and re-register by phone. Be sure to provide your eligibility code.

Making Changes

If you are registered for a test and want to change the test center, test date, or which test you registered to take, call no later than the Wednesday that is two-and-a-half weeks before the test date. You must speak with a customer service representative:

Contact between 8 a.m. and 8:45 p.m., Monday through Friday (Eastern Time). Try to avoid the busiest day (Monday), the busiest hours (3 p.m. to 6 p.m.), and registration deadline dates. (Summer hours (after June administration through August): Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.

There is an additional fee to change your test, test date, or test center (plus any adjustments for the test fees). A credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card) is required.

Test Center Change

Test Date Change

Test Change

If your first- or second-choice test center is not listed on your Admission Ticket, chances are the center you requested when you registered was full and you were assigned to the next closest available test center.

If necessary, you can change your test date. Once the change is made, another Admission Ticket will be sent to you. If you miss the deadline for making a change, you can still try to make the change on the day of the test. Go early to the test center of your choice and explain the situation to the test supervisor. If space and materials are available, you will be admitted before standbys.

You can change your test from SAT Reasoning Test to SAT Subject Tests or from SAT Subject Tests to SAT Reasoning Test.

Note: If you want to substitute Subject Tests, you should do that at the test center. You may substitute any Subject Tests offered except the Language Tests with Listening.

You cannot change to a Listening Test on test day because test centers do not have extra CDs. If you want to change to a listening test or from one listening test to another, you must do so by the late registration deadline.
