Important: All test takers in Pakistan must use valid passports as their ID (Identification Documents). Without a Valid Passport, you will not be admitted at the Test Center on your test date. If the passport does not have a signature then the candidate should provide a supplemental ID which includes, CNIC, Driver’s license, Student ID or Letter of Identify from a school. All the IDs must be original, non- expired and without having any cancelled stamp on them.

You can register and schedule your IBT TOEFL Online at www.toefl.org using a credit card AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST CHOICE TEST DATE.

- Register anytime — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Late registration closes 3 days before your test date (not including the day of the test) and has a late fee of US$25.

- Review the Registration Form before you call.
- Registration closes 7 days before your test date (not including the day of the test).
- Late registration closes at 5 p.m. local test center time on the business day before the test and has a late fee of US$25.

- Download the registration form from the website and fill it out.
- See list of payment methods on the form and choose one.
- Send the form with your payment to the address on the form or to your Regional Registration Center.
- Forms must be received at least 4 weeks before your earliest test date.

| From the Test Center |
You can register for TOEFL iBT at any of our centers in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. At the time of registration you need to:
- Bring: A Passport size picture, copy of NIC and Passport.
- Payment can be made either in cash (Rupees) or via Bank Draft in favor of “United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan”.
- Call us and take an appointment, before visiting our center.

| NOTE: For online, phone and mail registration you have to pay with credit/debit card: American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, MasterCard®, or Visa®. Or, use an electronic check (e-check) if you have a bank account in the United States or its territories.
Important: Spell your name exactly as it is spelled on the identification document that you will bring on test day.
Rescheduling or Canceling
To reschedule or cancel your registration, make your request no later than 3 days before your test date (not including the day of your request or the day of the test). The rescheduling fee is US$60. Your original registration fee must be paid before you can reschedule.

Reschedule or cancel online: Log in to your TOEFL® iBT account, click “View Order(s)” on your home page, then click “Modify” or “Cancel” on the Order Summary page.
Reschedule or cancel by phone: Provide your registration number and full name used when you registered. In All other locations, contact your Regional Registration Center +60-3-7628-3333.

TOEFL Scores and Additional Score Reports
You can select up to 4 institutions or agencies as score recipients when you register or you can make your selections or change them online until 10 p.m. (local test center time) on the day before the test. To select or change your score recipients, log in to your TOEFL iBT account and click "View Order(s)" on your home page.
Scores are posted online approximately 15 business days after your test date. Allow 4-6 weeks for the delivery of the official score reports. To view your scores online, log in to your TOEFL iBT account and click "View Scores" on your home page.
In addition to the institutions you select with your registration, you can send your scores to as many institutions as you choose for a fee of US$17 per report.
Order Online: Log in to your TOEFL iBT account and click "Register for a Test/Order Score Reports" on your home page. Pay by credit/debit card or e-check.
Order by Fax: Fill out the TOEFL iBT Official Score Report Request Form. Fax it with your registration number and credit/debit card information to 1-610-290-8972. If you send the same fax more than once, write "DUPLICATE" in large letters on the form to avoid extra charges to your credit/debit card.
Order by Mail: Print and complete the TOEFL iBT Official Score Report Request Form (PDF). Mail it with your payment to:

NOTE: For online orders, scores are mailed 4-7 business days after your request is received. For mail or fax orders, scores are mailed 2 weeks after your request is received. Allow 2 weeks for delivery of the score reports.
Cancel Your Scores
When you finish taking the test, you can cancel your scores. Consider carefully before canceling:
- You cannot cancel your scores for one section and have scores for other sections reported.
- If you cancel your scores, they will NOT be reported to you or any institutions.
- A refund on the test fee will not be given.
- Canceled scores are not added to your permanent record.
- There is no fee for canceling your scores.

Disability Services
Things to do before you register for TOEFL® iBT:
- In the Test Bulletin, you will find the registration form. Fill it out and include your check or credit card payment.
- In the Bulletin Supplement, you will need to complete 3 documents and include them with your paperwork.
- Fill out the Applicant Information form (Part 1) on pages 9-10 and sign the Verification Statement.
- Fill out the Testing Accommodations Request (Part 2) on page 11.
- Submit only one of these: the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) (Part 3) on pages 12-14 (or) Disability Documentation on page 8.
